Really good Stay, Clean Room and Great Location
spacious room easy access fresh items clean room
The room was very spacious and clean. I found the location good, it has a metro station very close. Access by car was easy. Breakfast had very fresh items.
The customer service experience was a little dissapointing. There were no alternative options.

metro station helpful staff
The location was really useful. The metro station is right next to the hotel. I appreciated the helpful staff. the breakfast was also REALLY good.
The room faced the back. It was a little dark, and I could hear the metro noise.

satisfying breakfast helpful staff
the breakfast offered a great choice and was very satisfying. the staff were friendly and helpful, assisting in every way. i liked the convenience of the metro station being very close to the location. the breakfast box option suited my early departure.
the sound proofing wasn't great, as street noise was noticeable, especially from ambulances.

the room felt so nice. returning each day was like a sweet dream. location near the metro becomes a tender convenience. staffs were friendly, i felt their warmth.
i find a little smudge on the window, barely noticeable.
