Excellent Location and Service

friendly staff fresh fruit convenient location nonstop reception
I found the staff very friendly (and helpful). Breakfast included eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, pastries, and plenty of hot coffee. The location was great for accessing restaurants and businesses. I also appreciated the nonstop reception.
The air conditioning did not seem to work well.

My room had a large window and a balcony facing the plaza. The bathroom included a large deep tub, perfect after long walks. The bed proved very comfortable for sleeping.

adequate stay with some drawbacks

street noise inadequate heating
the room lacked soundproofing from the street , resulting in considerable noise even with closed windows. the air conditioning unit was quite loud , requiring me to switch rooms. even in the new room , the heating was inadequate. i also found the elevator emitted unsettling noises.

Excellent Stay in Prime Location

I found the staff to be genuinely kind and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast offered good variety. I was particularly pleased with the fresh pastries. The room was spacious, easily accommodating my luggage and providing ample space to relax. I also had a very nice view of the city from my window.
The elevator seemed a bit old.
