tired furniture thin walls
I was really frustrated with a couple of things. our "beautiful room" felt a bit tired, to be honest. Some of the furniture had seen better days. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway. It made it hard to relax properly. The thin walls didn't help at all!

clean room comfortable room excellent services great view
The staff was very cute. My room was super nice and neat. The provided services were excellent. I also appreciated the amazing views of the surrounding buildings. The hotel's location is perfect. The food spread was excellent. Breakfast included a delicious variety of options. Christmas cookies were a thoughtful gesture on Christmas Day.
The common areas are a bit old. The decor of the rooms is outdated.

The hotel is conveniently near a metro station, a great benefit. The shuttle service runs to the mall providing easy transport. I found a nice swimming pool with good facilities. The breakfast buffet included a great selection of food.
The gym had limited equipment. I only found two treadmills. Perhaps adding more would enhance the fitness experience.

average stay falls short on details
limited view inoperative mini-fridge
i had some issues the executive lounge was not as expected i thought it would include more variety of beverages besides juice also the burj khalifa view was very limited only visible from a specific corner of the room. the mini-fridge did not cool properly it couldn't even fit the hotel's water bottles. our luggage arrived late about two hours after check-in despite several calls to the staff i do feel the hotel could improve in these areas.
