The hotel is conveniently near a metro station, a great benefit. The shuttle service runs to the mall providing easy transport. I found a nice swimming pool with good facilities. The breakfast buffet included a great selection of food.
The gym had limited equipment. I only found two treadmills. Perhaps adding more would enhance the fitness experience.

Acceptable Stay Overall

The staff were cute. Their courteous attitude was evident. The hotel is located near the metro. It is comfortable to walk to a mall nearby during the cooler season.
The check-in process took longer than expected. It took 25 minutes even after I arrived late. I found hairs on the bed sheets. I also found hairs on the linens.

average stay falls short on details
limited viewinoperative mini-fridge
i had some issues the executive lounge was not as expected i thought it would include more variety of beverages besides juice also the burj khalifa view was very limited only visible from a specific corner of the room. the mini-fridge did not cool properly it couldn't even fit the hotel's water bottles. our luggage arrived late about two hours after check-in despite several calls to the staff i do feel the hotel could improve in these areas.
