the location was good. the pool was nice enough.
The noise from the nearby souk was excessive until 1 am. It impacted sleep quality. the room lacked soundproofing. i also expected more amenities in a hotel of this supposed caliber. There were no welcome gifts or fruit in the room.

The hotel location is superb. It is close to the mall and many attractions. I enjoyed the cleanliness and the comfortable room. The fountain view was particularly great! The staff was very friendly, and I would definitely stay here again.

the staff provided really good service. ramesh gave us special care (i really appreciated his dedication). the location faces the fountain with a burj khalifa view. i found the setup elegant for a wedding reception. the attention to detail was smooth.

i found the location ideal with the mall just steps away (perfect for shopping!). the views of the burj khalifa and fountain show from my room were lovely. breakfast each morning was a highlight, with a great selection overlooking the burj.
the bathroom amenities were somewhat limited upon arrival.

My stay included some problems. The first room I checked into had a toilet leak. The front desk did change the room quickly, but the second room then had a drainage smell. It.

The location is amazing. The hotel is steps from the mall. The Burj Khalifa and fountain are very close. I had dinner in my room, and the in-room dining was excellent. The staff did everything they could to provide a great experience. So good.
The pool could use a bit more shade during peak hours, making it difficult to find a spot to cool down completely.

the location was great. it was easy to get to the mall and other attractions. the staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient. i found the room service menu to have a good variety.
the noise started early each morning. the breakfast buffet was often crowded and the selection felt repetitive. i also found the gym to be smaller than expected.
