The hotel location was great. Restaurants were very nice, and I liked the lounge.
The staff, especially at the reception, were not good. I observed they did not communicate effectively and gave the impression of accommodation, but they didn't.

The hotel maintained excellent cleanliness. The housekeeping service was consistently prompt, and our room was thoroughly serviced daily. I particularly appreciated Narendhar and Imran, as they were polite and very helpful. All facilities were available, including a gym, a pool, and restaurants.
During check-in, the front desk staff did not seem to offer a warm greeting. There was a lack of smileswith a less cute atmosphere than expected. More attentiveness could enhance the initial guest experience.

The food in the restaurant was delicious. I especially want to thank Gerly and Mohan, our servers, for their excellent service. I will certainly consider returning to dine here again. The entire experience was good.

The pool bar team were always attentive and available. Joseph, Kehinde, and Hassan ensured every moment was enjoyable. Their commitment contributed significantly to a nice and pleasant stay, and I valued their professionalism.
