the room had a large, comfortable bed. the windows provided an amazing view. the staff were helpful . the bathroom was beautifully furnished and well-lit.

the gym was small and could only accommodate a few people at once.

The room I booked did not meet my expectations. The furniture was old and looked worn. A thorough refurbishment is necessary or perhaps a replacement of furnishings. the elevators were too slow and crowded. I have waited for a long time, especially during breakfast hours. These delays caused considerable inconvenience.

the room was perfect location was excellent

i requested additional soap and shampoo after running out items did not arrive despite two calls i had to use hand soap for bathing and went without shampoo this lack of responsiveness close to checkout was disheartening i hope the hotel improves its service
