the hotel impressed me with its efficient service. the room amenities were great, especially the complimentary toiletries (i always appreciate the small things). the fitness center had modern equipment. the staff were always on hand to assist with requests.

the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of options, from fresh pastries to hot dishes. the alto 54 rooftop bar offered premium cocktails and delicious snacks and drinks. the restaurant's ambiance was calm and refined with quick service.

the room featured a large tv with satellite channels. there was a work desk with multiple power outlets available. the bathroom had a separate bathtub and walk-in shower to allow for relaxation.

arvaindh was a good person. the food was good too. everything was good overall.
i had issues. the hot water didn't work properly in my executive suite sky view. some of the sockets also didn't work. i didn't expect that from a supposed five-star hotel. the pool was amazing, i admit, but the room issues were a real pain.

The hot water system had issues. The sockets did not work properly in my Executive Suite SKY view room. This is unexpected from a hotel of this supposed caliber! I also overheard a staff member practically arguing with another guest at check-in.
