The hotel offered a shuttle service that ran frequently to the major shopping locations. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They were always available. Breakfast was amazing, and the variety of choices meant there was ALWAYS something new to try. The food was AMAZING!!!
I experienced a slight delay during check-in as the room was not immediately ready.

The staff provided genuinely warm service. They were very good too ensure my comfort. I was always greeted with a smile, and requests were handled efficiently. Staff offered prompt assistance with luggage and transportation arrangements.

The location was GREAT! The hotel provided a free shuttle service to the mall. Taxis were also readily available right outside the hotel entrance. The breakfast offered many choices and the staff were very cute and helpful. The service was attentive and prompt.
The buzzing sound from an adjacent room was a bit annoying.

The food was very nice. i tried flavorful indian dishes. i booked a staycation. the bathroom was spacious. I had a great city and mosque view! the sunrise view was amazing too.

The employees were very willing to help with our every request, and they were friendly. i loved that i could easily get to the reception from my room. It was not hard at all. overall the service was efficient.
