Really good stay
free shuttle service convenient location 24-hour store helpful staff
The location is excellent. I walked easily to the mall and Burj Khalifa. There is a convenient, free shuttle service to many places (I used it a lot). The grocery store on the first floor is open 24 hours, a big plus. The staff were very nice and helpful.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The room was very clean and well kept, and the view was great (I saw the Burj!).

Decent Stay, Some Issues
shady tactics expensive price
The price seems high for what I got, especially given the slightly shady tactics I noticed. I emailed about a better deal and the 'special deal' was more expensive than other sites. the guy at check-in offered me a 'special' half-day rate for early check-in but gave me the key anyway, telling me to wait when the room was already ready. It was like they were trying to squeeze more money out of me which I did not appreciate.

the location was acceptable. it provided easy access to nearby attractions.
the room i was assigned was quite disappointing. the air conditioning unit emitted a loud noise throughout the night. moreover, the promised monthly laundry service was not available , causing considerable inconvenience

i appreciated the helpful and efficient staff. customer service was excellent. the daily cleaning was thorough. the staff did a great job cleaning the rooms.

thin walls high cost
The location was quite accessible to the main attractions.

great supermarket hotel gym pool music review request
I found a great supermarket open 24/7 inside the hotel! The gym also had everything I needed. It included treadmills and stationary bikes.
The pool music played all night long! Opening the window meant loud club music in my room. I noticed the staff asked for reviews right after checkout.
