i am grateful for my room upgrade. the city view from the sky premium room were lovely. the metro station is very close.

high floor great views clean room helpful staff
the hotel upgraded my room to a high floor. i had great views of the museum of the future (i took many photos!). the room was very clean. i found the staff to be helpful.
the breakfast area got quite busy at peak times.

varied selection convenient location amazing view
i found the breakfast selection to be wonderfully varied. i particularly enjoyed the convenience of the location adjacent to the metro station. our room on the 54th floor offered an amazing view.
The elevators were quite slow. I experienced considerable wait times, especially during peak hours.

slow lifts outdated equipment
The lifts were a major inconvenience. It took forever to get one, especially during peak hours at breakfast. The gym equipment was also pretty outdated. I noticed a treadmill AND a stationary bike were out of order. I was expecting better for the price.

amazing view efficient check-in
My stay included a room high up and the views were amazing. the pool area was a real highlight, always clean and with comfortable loungers. i especially appreciated the efficient check-in and check-out processes. requests for extra amenities were handled very quickly. The staff was always on it!
I found that waiting for the lifts could take a while during busy times. this was a minor inconvenience. Sometimes i waited almost ten minutes

elevator wait uncleaned gym
The location was fine as I could walk to places.
My biggest issue was the elevator wait. I often had to wait too long for a lift, especially during breakfast. I also found the gym uncleaned. Some equipment had visible dust and grime.
