the building design was very nice. appropriate parking lots were available. the staff demonstrated excellent service. i found the location provided convenient access to various points of interest.
i found that taxi availability in front of the hotel was somewhat limited. this made transfers occasionally difficult. i think this could be addressed .

The location was REALLY convenient. It was easy to get to attractions. The staff provided great service (Alisha at Docks Gastropub was amazing!). The breakfast had many choices.
My room smelled bad. Reception did not answer calls sometimes. There were only two water bottles provided per day (i think this is not enough).

i stayed in a standard king room. the breakfast team was attentive and i enjoyed the food. water bottles are free in the rooms and in the bar.
the receptionist did not seem cute to me. i felt she was doing me a favour. the hotel did not accommodate my request for rooms together. the view from the room was bad it just has a concrete beam of the lobby.
