indian dishes luggage scale
The breakfast offered many options including indian dishes. the hotel also provided thoughtful extras in the closet such as a luggage scale and shoe shiner. I found it helpful.

spacious room modern decor disposable item
the room was spacious it featured modern decor two tvs were available. cleanliness was present cutlery in the kitchen was a nice touch. i appreciated the availability of disposable items such as toothpaste soap and lotion.

average stay, some issues need addressing
the staff was mostly helpful. they quickly accommodated a request i had.
My room wasn't ready upon arrival. i had to wait over an hour in the lobby. That was frustrating.

poor insulation cigarette smell
The room was big and clean.
The air conditioning was TOO noisy and did not function well. There was NO insulation on the windows. The lobby reeked of cigarette smoke.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues
helpful staff early check-in room upgrade nightclub noise unlatched door
The front desk staff was very helpful. Abdullah assisted us with taxi bookings and tour arrangements. We needed an early check-in and they were able to accommodate us. Our room got upgraded to a superior room! it was definitely a plus.
The nightclub downstairs made a LOT of noise until the early morning hours. Our balcony door would not latch in one of the rooms! The door wasn't fixed .
