A charmed experience
great hospitalityrelaxing villa
Mr. Ahmed at reception demonstrated really good service. I secured an upgrade to the Executive Suite, and he explained everything clearly. Great villa! This villa was very relaxing. The team helped with room service, and the service was great.

The staff were friendly. I appreciated that.
My balcony room was a bit of a letdown. the room was smaller than i expected. The furniture seemed outdated. also, the air conditioning was quite noisy. It made it difficult to sleep well.
