underwhelming experience at this hotel.
neglected anniversary overcrowded club
the location offered easy access to the mall through a convenient tunnel.
The hotel neglected my anniversary. i informed them of the special occasion in advance and was assured of decorations. nothing was done, not even upon arrival at 3 pm. the kids' club was uncomfortably crowded. It was filled with staff and their children.

solid stay, some minor hiccups
convenient location attentive staff
The location is convenient. the proximity to major attractions allowed easy exploration. i found the staff attentive. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries i had! also, breakfast was excellent. A wide array of choices meant i always found something to enjoy.
The room i had faced a busy road. this resulted in significant noise throughout the day and night. it definitely affected my sleep quality and overall relaxation within the room. This really needs addressing.

the grand suite provided ample space and included a separate seating area! the bathroom featured dual sinks. a walk-in rainfall shower. the room also included a fully stocked minibar with various drinks.

The hotel's pool overlooked the city skyline. i observed approximately thirty lounge chairs around the pool. the fitness center contained five treadmills and four stationary bikes. I saw that it operates 24/7.

the concierge offered quick assistance with directions and transportation. i noticed a dedicated bell service was available for luggage handling. turndown service occurred each evening between 6 pm and 9 pm! and also, room service was available around the clock.

underwhelming and overpriced
dated furniture difficult air conditioning
the room felt a bit dated. the furniture showed wear. i also found the air conditioning difficult to regulate, it was either too cold or not cold enough. it really impacted sleep quality.

The hotel is near a major mall. One can enter it directly using the hotel's access (I did not need a car). My room on the upper floors gave me direct views of a famous landmark. My suite had separate toilets in addition to a shared bathroom.
The room I booked faced the main road (I booked through a third party). There was considerable noise because of traffic. The room's amenities were lacking for two guests. The balcony had only one chair (it was hard to relax).

I really enjoyed the easy access to the mall. The cleanliness SHINES throughout the hotel, that is very good. Every day, i found complimentary water bottles. These small details added to the stay.
the elevator music was repetitive, but that is VERY minor.

staff members offer quick responses at all service requests, that's great. Housekeeping provides meticulous daily service, what a pleasure. Front desk agents are always availabe for assistance during check in or check out.
