really good experience!

the service was perfect. Mr akbar was particularly attentive and provided complimentary arabic coffee and water. the staff was helpful with everything i needed.
the breakfast variety was somewhat limited. also, i noticed that some ending dishes were not promptly refilled. i hope this improves in the future.

Excellent Location and Service!

The hotel has a perfect location near the fountain show and the mall. I received a complimentary upgrade to a larger apartment. It included a balcony with views of the fountain show! I used the hotel restaurant's food delivery, and the portions were generous. Breakfast tasted great. It had a nice view of the Burj Khalifa.
The receptionist was initially very friendly. though his attitude became distant when I declined the room upgrade. The bellboy who brought our suitcases seemed mostly interested in a tip. It was quite unpleasant!

Our room had big, comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen, a definite plus. Everything was provided, and the hotel assisted us with city visits and taxi bookings. This enhanced our convenience .

The breakfast buffet was really diverse. I received vouchers for breakfast while I was waiting for check-in. It made the wait more pleasant! The hotel shuttle to the mall was very convenient.
The metro station was a bit far from the hotel. It was almost an 18-minute walk. Though the location was perfect! the parking was expensive.

Breakfast featured a large variety of choices. The kitchen staff took good care of us when they knew we were vegetarian, very thoughtful. The food was generally very good with plenty of options.

The hotel is close to the mall and the Burj Khalifa. This hotel is situated close to the fountain. There is also a 24-hour grocery store next to the building. Very handy for quick needs.

The rooms have balconies with great views. The AC in the rooms works very well. The hotel offers a pool, though I didn't use it. There is also a well-equipped gym available for guest use.

the hotel staff were kind! syed and swapnil gawands provided amazing assistance. the kitchen staff were also very attentive. i really appreciated the quick room service and willingness to meet all our needs. pavithra from housekeeping always made sure everything was perfect.
the gym wasn't accessible for half of my stay which was inconvenient.

i noticed the gym required contacting the restaurant receptionist for access, it was inconvenient. also , i had to wait to get a taxi. there were limited pots for cooking in the kitchen.

I appreciated the location, near the mall. I loved that the room had a washing machine and a dryer. This was very convenient. I found the balcony view of the fountains at night fine. I was happy with the friendly staff and their helpful attitude.

Staff members were courteous and helpful. They provided quick check-in and checkout services. Restaurant staff, especially Sunil, were really nice, provided an excellent service, while Pavithra from housekeeping was always smiling and took great care of everything.
