amazing stay!

the staff was helpful and friendly I booked yachts tours through the travel desk the agent helped with translation and explained locations patiently it. the location is convenient and close to everything I wanted it was right in the center.
the hotel design looks a little dated overall it was a minor thing given all the positives

Mr. hassan's welcome was kind, i thought. he surprised us with a room upgrade, thoughtful. the staff seemed friendly. They were always willing to help.
the food was repetitive at times. i had some concerns about hygiene in the main restaurant. also, housekeeping felt a bit slow, to be honest.

The breakfast was AMAZING. The staff was kind. The room was a beautiful new room. It was spacious. The finishes were fine. The hotel provided complimentary transfers back to the airport. Taxis were easy to access from the hotel. It is reasonably central.
I found that the nightclub was not as excellent as the other services. It felt average overall. It did not meet expectations as the rest of the hotel's services did.

The reception staff was excellent, especially Daryl and Christine. They were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Valet service was of a high standard. All staff members are helpful.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! There was a huge variety. The staff were really kind. The room had fine finishes and felt spacious. My airport transfer back was complimentary, which I appreciated. Taxis had easy access to the hotel. The lounge access included food and drinks. It was fabulous!!!
The pool is located in another building. It was not very practical. The room felt a bit old. I noticed dust everywhere on the old furniture. The washroom felt very small. It did not have many toiletries. Ice costs extra. Even a small bucket!
