superb stay
helpful staff really good service spacious room convenient features
I found the front desk staff to be really good. She kept me updated via whatsapp. the concierge team stepped in quickly when our bus had insufficient luggage space, they neatly packed all bags. my room was so good. It was spacious with a full kitchen, dining area, a tv room, and a guest toilet separate from the ensuite bathroom.

This location is very convenient for accessing key areas of interest. the hotel is a short walk from the metro station. a 30-minute walk gets you to attractions like the dubai mall and burj khalifa. It really added value to the stay.

i could find many dining options nearby. several restaurants and cafes are within walking distance, they offer a variety of cuisines. room service is also available with a comprehensive menu that includes both local and international dishes.

the breakfast had fresh options. coffee, tea, and sweets were available (especially the coffee). the hotel's location is close to the metro station. a free shuttle service goes to different malls.
the worst reception staff was there. they refused check-in until i paid the difference for the third person. no hair-dryer was in the room.

FANTASTIC stay!
panoramic suite fresh choices hot coffee short walk
The hotel upgraded our group to the panoramic suite FREE OF CHARGE it was a SUPER NICE gesture. The breakfast offered fresh choices and HOT COFFEE. Room service WAS Perfect and available ALL THE TIME. The location IS FANTASTIC and a short walk TO THE METRO.
The kitchen did NOT HAVE utensils IT WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY.

The gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes for workouts. The outdoor swimming pool has plenty of space for relaxation. The hotel offers convenient access to nearby local shops for any necessities. Breakfast buffet is available daily in the restaurant.

Wonderful stay, grateful for every detail
metro station excellent room big space
The hotel location worked perfect. It was near shops and services. The metro station was also close. I was grateful for the room size it were nice and big. The room was a Premium One-Bedroom Suite and had enough space for everything.
I did wait long time for the elevator. It took more than 5 mins, despite the 5 elevators available.

I got upgraded to the Panoramic Suite and I loved it! The location is very convenient. The staff is amazing and always ready to assist.
The kitchen lacked utensils! It was completely empty.
