I found the staff friendly. The attentiveness from the sri lankan team stood out. the location proved useful, especially its closeness to places i planned to visit. the hotel offered a shuttle to the beach, a valuable service i used several times.

the air conditioning unit made a slight noise, but it didn't disrupt my sleep.

the pool area includes about twenty loungers. a shaded section for relief from the sun. the gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes for those keen on fitness, all in good working order.

I found the staff very helpful , especially Ramkumar from housekeeping, who kept my room super clean. the on-time shuttle to the sea was appreciated. It made beach trips simple and easy.

the air conditioning was quite noisy, hard to sleep soundly at night. i hope they can look into this .

the room size was acceptable.

The breakfast staff seemed unfriendly. Uncleared plates remained on the table far too long. i called the front desk and other services late at night, but no one answered. I had to go downstairs to place an order and it was delivered by maintenance. there weren't concierge services available either, quite inconvenient.
