the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower (a lovely feature!). i was upgraded. I was greeted, and taken directly to my room where check in took place. within minutes, my bags arrived. It.
i sometimes found the hallways to have a slight odor of cigarette smoke, which i thought was very unfortunate.

the beautiful king room burj khalifa view had a comfortable king-sized bed, a well-stocked mini-bar, and complimentary high-speed internet access, a great perk. the air conditioning was very efficient, maintaining a consistent temperature throughout my stay, important in this climate.

the concierge team offered helpful directions and suggestions for local attractions, a personalized touch. housekeeping was prompt and thorough, the room remained super clean throughout my stay. staff members remembered my name (a small thing, but so meaningful!).

the hotel has a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes, perfect for a light workout. the pool area featured twenty loungers and a shaded section, great if you want to avoid the sun. large conference facilities were on site.

I experienced late service at the Mechlin Restaurant a dish came every 10-15 minutes for an hour and a half. Eventually we were fed up and sent back the remaining dishes. Check-in was also bad almost all requests were ignored I was given a room overlooking ventilation pipes with no welcome drink

I appreciated the attentive staff in the Horizon Lounge. The food and drink selection was fantastic , and I enjoyed having an alternate area to work. The room was expansive with lots of space to hang clothes. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
The hotel charged extra money through my credit card suddenly before I stayed there.

The hotel is next to the Financial Center metro station. The city's largest shopping mall is within walking distance. Visiting points are also easily accessible. This central situation allowed me to move effortlessly throughout the area.

the attitude of the reception staff was off putting on arrival. the room wasn't as clean as i thought it would be. there wasn't a coffee machine.
