convenient location helpful staff outlet mall shuttle
the location is very convenient near the metro station and trade center. the staff members are helpful with all requests. i found a shuttle to the outlet mall which was very useful. i will return.
the elevators had delays i experienced long wait times to get to my floor.

the hotel enjoys proximity to the difc and a metro station for easy transportation. it is not far from the dubai mall providing convenient access to shopping and entertainment options.

my room had light switches near the bed for convenient control of the lights. a fridge freezer combination was available in the kitchen area to store items. there was also a pull out washing line in the shower.

i found breakfast available on the ground level and on the 43rd floor. the breakfast included a spread of various options. i really liked the creamy hummus.

the parking staff outside were friendly and assisted me with my mobility scooter. staff exchanged large notes for smaller denominations which i needed. i was allowed to shower after checkout before leaving for the airport.

good location and breakfast
good location excellent service great breakfast long wait air conditioning lifts hallway
the location was very good near the financial centre metro station. Breakfast had a great selection and the service was excellent. i took advantage of the free transportation to the mall of emirates.
lifts took a long time. i spent a lot of time waiting for one to arrive. there was also no air conditioning in the lifts or hallways, it was very suffocating.

fantastic kitchen amazing comfort great value
the room was huge and included a fantastic kitchen. the bed offered amazing comfort and the facilities were great. this stay offered great value for money during my business trip.
the elevators were slow and resulted in long wait times.
