attentive staff equipped kitchen modern equipment

The staff IS super attentive. They helped with all my requests quickly! The room offered a well-equipped kitchen, convenient for preparing meals. I especially liked the fitness center, with its modern equipment.

The elevator wait times were occasionally a bit longer than expected.

free upgrade super clean apartment

i appreciated the free upgrade from a 2-bedroom to a 3-bedroom apartment upon check-in. the apartment was spacious, and this. sunil and drivalena (the housekeepers) were meticulous and ensured our apartment was always super clean. i found all staff friendly and always ready to help with a smile.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. It was a very wide spread. the security guard, Mr Rajravib, greeted ME upon arrival, I thought that was nice.

the elevator wait times could be long because there were way TOO few elevators. there was garbage in the surrounding area, I did not like that at ALL.

The location was just perfect. It was easy to get around and i loved that everything was so close. the room was a good studio suite and so well-kept. we had all the comforts we needed and the space was very, generous! i found it charming and practical.

the elevators were sometimes a bit slow.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. It was appreciated.

The gym was too small for the number of guests, i found this frustrating. small children were running around. the pool was small. The lifeguard only stopped children from jumping in. Made no sense to me, so i couldn't enjoy it
