the breakfast was really somethin, it had asian, arabian and continental food. the location its good. bilal helped me check in and i get an upgrade to a family suite. it was amazing!
the rooms are gettin old and the carpet smell. the appliances dont work so good. i booked a non-smoking room because i have kids but i was give a smoking room. it was not nice.

anagha at reception was very helpful to me i thank her for that. the breakfast had a very good range of asian arabian and continental options. everything was organized very well from food to room service.
i thought i had booked a one bedroom suite but i had booked a junior suite. i asked about an upgrade but the website offers were invalid. we found black MOLD in the bathroom. the new room was nice but i cut my leg on a chair with metal sticking out.

The location proved very convenient, with various dining options nearby. The team at customer relations, Sandy and Reem, were particularly helpful and proactive. The cleaning staff kept the rooms super clean daily. The breakfast selection included ample choices.

i appreciated the location near the museum of the future.. it made sightseeing very easy. the suite was spacious and well maintained. the breakfast had plentiful options including many local selections. the kids play area was a real win for my family.
the hotel's gym had limited equipment, a detail that might bother fitness enthusiasts.

the upgrade to the sheikh zayed road view was a highlight it. the receptionist prerana was very attentive she listened to all my requests and concerns. bell staff shafik was also friendly he helped us with our luggage and provided useful information about the area.

Wonderful Stay Near the Museum of the Future

I appreciated the upgrade to the Sheikh Zayed Road view. It was fantastic. The receptionist Prerana listened to my needs, which I found very considerate. Bell Staff Shafik was also very attentive and helpful (real MVP).
