Great Hotel Experience
room upgrade excellent location convenient location
I had a room upgrade. It gave me a better room and I enjoyed it greatly. The location was excellent, very close to the metro station. The staff showed attention to detail and the hotel offered a convenient location.
The lobby felt quite small and crowded all the time. The lift experienced crowding with long waiting times. The small pool was similar to a village pool.

Acceptable Stay, but Not Without Issues
outdated furniture crowded elevators
The room design seemed outdated. The furniture felt old. the pool area was quite small. It resembled a private pool more than a hotel pool. The elevators were slow and often crowded.. Waiting times were lengthy.

a stay with a few small issues
helpful staff good spread poor air conditioning warm room
the staff was helpful. jewel was specially kind. rafaat at reception helped me too. breakfast had a good spread.
My stay had some problems. the air conditioning didnt work great. The lowest temperature i could set was 20°c. the room stayed uncomfortably warm all the time i was there.

attentive staff balcony view dated decor musty smell
the staff was very attentive and courteous! they were willing to help. i loved the great balcony view. it has a central location to supermarkets and restaurants
the hotel decor is very dark and dated. it has a musty smell throughout. it got stuck on my clothes! the lobby was too small.

Excellent Stay in City Center
large bed modern bathroom clean room great view
My room had a large bed and a modern bathroom. I found safe, coffee, and tea available. I enjoyed very clean room conditions and a great view. Breakfast offered nice service and plenty of choice. The onsite restaurants Charles's and Purani Dilli were very good.
I heard some banging and drilling sounds.

The hotel include a rooftop pool, it was very nice. The gym feature several treadmills and stationary bikes. I saw several marketi and restaurants next to the hotel, it was comfortable.
