Great Hotel Experience
room upgrade excellent location convenient location
I had a room upgrade. It gave me a better room and I enjoyed it greatly. The location was excellent, very close to the metro station. The staff showed attention to detail and the hotel offered a convenient location.
The lobby felt quite small and crowded all the time. The lift experienced crowding with long waiting times. The small pool was similar to a village pool.
Dining
9/10
I enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the hotel, with its wide variety of dishes to suit different tastes. The staff were helpful and quick to meet my needs. The experience was very enjoyable.

Acceptable Stay, but Not Without Issues
outdated furniture crowded elevators
The room design seemed outdated. The furniture felt old. the pool area was quite small. It resembled a private pool more than a hotel pool. The elevators were slow and often crowded.. Waiting times were lengthy.
