I appreciated the two complimentary water bottles. A fruit basket and dessert dish were a nice touch. The room included good storage space and a safe. The breakfast had fresh fruit, meats, and grains from various cuisines. A cook prepared special orders too.
The check-in experience was slow. Only one staff member was at the reception.

The staff at the front office were helpful. Mr Douglas. I appreciated that. We had Club room access, so breakfast was an option at the lounge or Al Dana restaurant. The Al Dana restaurant had a good variety for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
The hotel appears dated and due for refurbishment. I noticed no modern charging ports near the bedside tables. There were issues with hot water and plumbing in my room. The furnishings seemed a bit dilapidated to me.

I really enjoyed the hotel's location, close to the metro. MANY grocery shops and fast food options surround the area. Breakfast and dinner included diverse choices. The food tasted great. The staff was super friendly. I EXPERIENCED high hospitality .

My beautiful room offered modern decor and ample space. It included a work desk and a seating area. The bed was comfortable, with premium bedding and a selection of pillows. I also found the bathroom clean. It had a rainfall shower.

The hotel features a well-equipped gym with treadmills, elliptical machines and free weights. This allowed me to maintain my fitness routine. I REALLY loved the outdoor pool. It had plenty of loungers and umbrellas. A sauna and steam room are also available.
