solid stay near the financial centre

we got a large corner room with a king bed. it was big. i found a fridge, microwave and wash machine in the room. this setup was like a mini kitchen. i thought the hotel is close to many attractions in downtown.
i noticed the windows are really dirty at. the person at the lobby said the windows would be cleaned in two days. after seven days, the windows were still dirty.

the reception staff are excellent. i found maria is very pleasant and helpful. they were cute, always greeting guests. the staff makes my mornings better with cheerful energy.

our room was clean and well kept. it was also spacious. the room was well-equipped with everything i needed. i enjoyed the king size bed and a wonderful night sleep.

the location is perfect. it is close to the metro financial centre. this makes it easy to travel around. it's on the red line. the hotel is near metro station.

there are free shuttle buses from the hotel to the beach and malls. the parking facilities are convenient. the hotel has it all. the swimming pool is really nice.

The room felt smaller than expected, a real letdown. the advertised size was deceiving and made moving around difficult. storage was minimal. My suitcase hardly fit. the air conditioning was noisy. It kept cycling on and off, disrupting sleep. the promised quiet room became a nightly annoyance due to that ac.

the staff showed genuine care. the hotel had a very convenient location close to the financial center metro station. i found the room super clean with a comfortable bed. i also enjoyed the valet service that was available.
It was a minor inconvenience, though!

The hotel features a well-equipped gym. It has three treadmills and two stationary bikes available for guest use. a nice pool area provides twenty loungers and a shaded section to give guests a relaxing experience.
