central location with helpful staff

the location is convenient, just a short walk from the main train station. i found it very easy to access other parts of the city from there. the staff provided great directions and local tips which greatly helped me get around.
The room was not as clean as i expected. I noticed some dust in the corners and the shower soap dispenser seemed a bit difficult to use. i think these small details could significantly improve the experience.

The reception offered complimentary coffee and pastries each morning. This was a nice touch. the staff was available to assist with questions or requests at all times, thus ensuring good service and satisfaction.
