The location is perfect. I checked in early because i arrived on an early morning flight. My room was cozy.
The stairs up to the hotel were quite steep. There was no full-length mirror in the room. I only found a small mirror in the bathroom (this was insufficient). the window could not be opened, so the room became very warm.

i found the room decor quite beautiful. the bed was very comfortable. i particularly appreciated the huge bathroom (it felt luxurious). the location is excellent and central. there are many restaurants nearby.
there was a bit of water excess while showering, but putting a towel on the floor easily took care of it.

The hotel uses a digital reception system. I found it flawless and very easy to use. it streamlines the check-in process and allowed for quick access to necessary information (very modern approach).

The room i stayed in was very clean. The cleanliness extended to the entire hotel. my cosy double room had double windows, which did a good job of blocking out external noise. it also featured hot water.

there are several coffee shops located very close to the hotel, within a two-minute walk. you can easily grab a quick breakfast or a coffee before starting your day. many excellent restaurants are nearby as well.

The staff was kind and accomodating . one of the staff members, sorina, was super kind. I had a great chat with her (she was lovely). the woman working at the reception was helpful and polite.

the bed was a great size. the location is really good and central. lots of restaurant choices are on the doorstep.
i stayed on the third floor and it was a pain to get luggage up and down the stairs. there is no full length mirror. there is no secure luggage storage facility.

the staff member was very helpful. this.
the room i stayed in was tiny. the bathroom door did not open fully because the bed blocked it. i also heard noise, as the hotel sits above a busy bar and street, so sleeping with the window open was difficult.

the staff at reception was friendly.
The room was smaller than expected. Moving around with luggage proved difficult. the room smelled musty and the air conditioning did not seem to work properly, it was quite warm during the night.
