helpful staff filled jug coffee maker
The staff stored my bags after I checked out , which was very helpful. The hotel is near many cafes. A water jug was filled in my room and there was a coffee maker.
The staircase was narrow , with no lift.

The receptionist was VERY kind at check-in and gave recommendations. She stored our bags early, which I appreciated.
The narrow staircase was a SERIOUS issue. It was difficult to manage my luggage, especially on the upper floors. The internet was also unstable. I found it disruptive and unacceptable.

The location proved convenient. Many attractions are within walking distance. The tram stop is also very close to the hotel. I found the thoughtful setup included luggage storage after checkout. A water jug was filled in the room, and there was a coffee maker with a hot water pot. Umbrellas were available to use near the entrance (a detail I particularly appreciated).
The staircase was notably narrow.

Charming Getaway in a GREAT Location
convenient location comfortable room coffee station easy transport
I was charmed by the easy access to local transportation. The train station was very close. Many cute restaurants and canals were within walking distance. The rooms were really nice and very comfortable. I appreciated the coffee station in my room.
The narrow staircase was a little difficult to navigate with luggage.

a quiet escape in a lively area
great location coffee station
the location was great for exploring.. the city center was an easy walk. i found a good coffee station right in the room. i loved the convenience of having coffee available first thing each morning.
i found the staircase quite narrow, and it was a little tricky to navigate with my luggage. it would be great if there was a better solution for carrying heavy bags.
