Romantic Getaway
metro station tram access short journey clean towels
The hotel is very close to the Rokin Metro station. The tram runs nearby and Centraal station is only a 15-minute walk. Schiphol Airport is a short 17-minute journey. Staff left clean towels on the door handle. They always answered questions eagerly. The hotel location is amazing.
The room are small. Surfaces did not allow for putting things. It makes things complicated.

The hotel benefits from amazing central position. Many lovely cafes sit nearby. The hotel is also close to the Madame Tussauds museum. It means everything is within reach.

The reception provides complimentary tea and coffee. It is available 24 hours a day. The hotel is near many restaurants. Good recommendations are easily obtained for good dining experiences.

The room has a modern bathroom. It features a very good shower. I got a room on the third floor with a good view. The bed feels comfortable after exploring the city.

central location helpful staff
The location was SUPERB! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the free coffee available with a coffee machine near reception, though the lack of an elevator was inconvenient.
The room was cramped and lacked storage. I had nowhere to put my belongings in either the bedroom or bathroom. It was frustrating, I ended up doing everything on the floor.

The family room featured narrow beds. There was barely any space to move between the beds. The cleanliness was below expectations for the price. One could hear everything happening outside in the corridor.

The staff provided assistance and were very friendly. The hotel location near the metro was very convenient. I also found the free coffee in reception quite handy.
The entrance had STEEP stairs.
