The hotel is very close to the Rokin Metro station. The tram runs nearby and Centraal station is only a 15-minute walk. Schiphol Airport is a short 17-minute journey. Staff left clean towels on the door handle. They always answered questions eagerly. The hotel location is amazing.
The room are small. Surfaces did not allow for putting things. It makes things complicated.

The location was SUPERB! The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was cramped and lacked storage. I had nowhere to put my belongings in either the bedroom or bathroom. It was frustrating, I ended up doing everything on the floor.
