the staff helped me with luggage storage before my departure. it was pretty close to main tourist attractions. free coffee and tea were available in my room and in the lobby, i liked that a lot.
my room had no window just a tiny skylight. it was also very small and quite dark. i could hear music coming from a club nearby during the night, it was very loud.

The staff provided two keycards, convenient. They also stored our luggage for a few hours on the last day. Free coffee and tea were available in the room and lobby, a nice touch.
The bed was two single mattresses pushed together. These mattresses repeatedly shifted apart.

the walls are very thin and you can hear everyone. i heard a group running around all night above us, it kept me awake for hours.

i found the location excellent. the hotel is close to many pubs, restaurants, and supermarkets.. it's only a short walk to dam square and the flower market. the staff were also very accommodating to all my needs.
the room was quite small, this made it a bit cramped.

the hotel was near transport. it was a short walk to many restaurants. shops and sightseeing tours were also nearby. the staff was friendly and spoke english well. i liked having a canal view from my room.
the loud music came from a nearby disco until 4 am. i found sleeping difficult despite using ear plugs.

The location provide easy access to many attractions. The room was clean and have a nice space. Storing my luggage before check-in allowed me to explore the city immediately after arrival.
The room was small. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work. Checkout was difficult because lack clear instructions for early morning departures.
