i appreciate the location, very central to museums and parks. staff were friendly, and this. a hairdryer helped a lot.
there was lots of banging and crashing noises all throughout the night from above us. my pillow was very lumpy and not comfortable to sleep on.

my double room had a big window and a practical layout. daily room service kept everything fresh. the proximity to attractions was perfect for sightseeing. i liked that fresh towels were available daily, this really helped after long days.
the hall did have a faint odor sometimes.

the hotel is near tram and bus stops making it easy to get around the city i found a shop opened early right by the nearest crossing. the room got cleaned every day with fresh towels and sheets provided this was great. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful .
my room overlooked the street and the window did not lock securely this made me concerned about leaving my belongings in the room i had to carry important documents with me. the lack of a secure window was a real issue.

I found the room far from clean. the wardrobe had unfolded blankets and pillows that seemed dirty. i suspect my wife and i were bitten by bed bugs and i saw springs poking out from the bed. the male attendant was rude and unhelpful. That's not what i expect. i feel that this hotel needs improvements.

the staff was very friendly. the location allowed easy access to attractions. i was able to leave my baggage there on arrival and departure days. the canal view from my room provided a pleasant experience.
i found the shared toilet quite small. it lacked soap . this made it slightly inconvenient to maintain proper hygiene after using the facilities.
