great location simple sanctuary
convenient location kind staff unexpected tea
The location offered such convenience. I could easily reach many attractions on foot. the staff were consistently kind and helpful to me. i particularly enjoyed the balcony attached to the room. It provided a quiet space. the provided tea tray was a lovely unexpected addition too.

great location friendly service nice surprise small room poor soundproofing sleep disturbance
The hotel boasts an amazing location very close to the museums. The staff provided friendly service to all guests. My room had a kettle plus a tea tray, a nice surprise (I like drinking tea).
I found that the rooms were a bit small. I could hear doors opening and closing. people passing by. The soundproofing needs to be improved. It definitely affected my sleep.

Fantastic Stay Near Vondelpark!
great location friendly staff really good hospitality personal touch
I totally loved the location. It was super close to Vondelkerk. The staff were friendly and helpful. They remembered me by name and room number (a real personal touch!). I had a minor room key issue and the team helped me each time with such genuine politeness and care. It was the manager's birthday and they even shared a piece of cake. I will return just for the hospitality!
There was very limited storage space in the room. Only a thin wardrobe available for my things.

The hotel sits conveniently near Vondelpark. I found it was an easy walk to the park. I also noticed the area had a variety of restaurants and cafes, giving lots of dining options, so that's super convenient. Access to public transport seemed straightforward as well.

poor ventilation small fan
the hotel location was ACCEPTABLE near public transport.
the room LACKED proper ventilation , and it became uncomfortably warm. THERE was NO air conditioning or a fan PROVIDED . I REQUESTED a fan after two nights , and a small one was given to me , but it only helped a little.

nice location helpful staff outside patio paper wall unprivate space
The place had a really nice location. Plenty restaurants and cafes were in walking distance, a plus. Rooms are cleaned and comfortable. My room had a nice outside patio. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. They always smiled.
The room I saw on the website differ from the room I got. The walls are paper-thin. I could hear the front door opening and closing. The room did not feel private at all. It wasn't very good.

the staff were so friendly and helpful i loved that! the location was amazing very close to museums! the room had a nice size i was very pleased.
The stairs were a bit steep. It was quite a climb!

superb location helpful staff luggage locker
I loved the superb location, just a short walk to museums and tram stops! There is also a Spar right around the corner, very convenient for snacks or anything forgotten. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the luggage locker for early arrivals.
The room was a bit smaller than it looked in the pictures. That's it!

The room included netflix on the TV, a real plus! The beds were comfortable and spacious! The bathrooms were clean and featured excellent showers.

The hotel is in a quiet residential area. It is within walking distance to museumplein and vondelpark. The tram station is also close by.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with any requests. They also changed the towels every day! I could even check in early, because I had arrived on an early flight.
