steep stairs small room
the stairs were quite the workout i must say narrow and steep i was like i was scaling a mountain with my luggage the room itself was rather compact it felt a bit like living in a shoebox not exactly what i envisioned for a relaxing getaway the breakfast area doubled as the reception so any private conversations were basically public announcements. also the early closure of the reception desk left me a tad stranded one evening when i needed assistance

The location was great. It was easy to reach by tram. It was also near many attractions. The room provided tea and coffee facilities. The staff was also very friendly and let us store our bags before check-in. They also allowed us to leave them after check-out..
The bathroom was a bit small.

coffee maker kind staff breakfast treat
the breakfast was a treat each morning. i loved that the room included a coffee maker with many capsules. the staff let me keep my bag in the hotel after checkout, this was very kind.
the hotel sign is not lit, this made it hard to find at night.

central location cute neighborhood breakfast choices
the hotel is very central. tram stops are just steps away. the neighborhood is safe and cute along a canal. breakfast choices were good. the employee who served breakfast on august 20th was very sweet.
i didn't like that there was no elevator. it wasn't mentioned in the description. i had an injured shoulder. it would be very difficult to carry luggage upstairs and the receptionist couldn't help me.
