The staff was so kind. They helped me store my luggage after checkout! I also loved the complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge. They were a lifesaver after a long day exploring.

The air conditioner did not cool down the room enough! They had a loud cooling thing as a replacement. I also found the shower water flow to be restricted, and it flooded easily.

The room was small, I had the beautiful double room, BUT it barely fit my suitcase. there was also loud street noise ALL night. I really struggled to sleep. I expected a more restful stay after traveling.
