Convenient and clean stay
clean room convenient location helpful staff
I appreciated the updated room. It was very clean. The location was also convenient. It was close to the museum district. Staff were helpful (they assisted with directions).
The stairs were a little difficult to use. They were quite small.

The hotel provided luggage storage. The room included a coffee machine. An elevator was available to the upper floors (this was helpful with luggage).

While a full breakfast isn't offered now, the nearby cafes provide many options. The coffee machine in the room allowed for easy morning coffee. I found several great spots very close to the hotel.

convenient location friendly staff secure hotel small bathroom cramped shower narrow staircase
the location was convenient near trams. the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel felt secure overall
i found a few issues that affected my experience. the bathroom was small. the shower area was especially cramped. the room access involved a narrow staircase which was difficult with luggage.
