great stay near central station
convenient location canalside setting great outings short walk
The apartment's location was convenient. It was just a short walk from the central station. i found easy access to buses, just a couple of stops on the number 48, then a quick five-minute walk. the canalside setting added to the charm. also, the nearby parks and restaurants made for great outings.
i noticed a slight issue. it seemed there were insufficient kitchen utensils available for more complex cooking.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. i also found their whatsapp communication to be very convenient, as it was quick and easy to use. Staff responded promptly to my queries.

The apartment included a washing machine and a dishwasher. These were a big help. the bathroom was also well-stocked. There were plenty of towels. the separation of the toilet and shower areas was a good design.

the kitchen had essential items for preparing simple meals, which i found helpful. i loved the coffee machine, it was really useful. free coffee was available in the lobby. this was a convenient amenity.

Excellent stay!
comfortable apartment dryer availability provided coffee central station
The one bedroom apartment was very comfortable. A washer and dryer are available. Soap was provided. Coffee was provided for us. The location is close to the tram. I found the bus line and central station within walking distance. The 24 hour staff was great. I met several people during the week.
The sofa bed WAS not the most comfortable. It could use an update.

I noticed a good café around the corner, and other options are only a few minutes further. Having fruit, coffee, and tea available, was nice. I also liked having a kitchen. It made cooking easy.

The location IS great. It is in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from the action. The central station is only a 25 minute walk. Bus and tram stops are both within 5 mins walk from the accommodation.

modern apartment lovely staff excellent communication comfortable stay
I found the apartment quite amazing. It was so modern and clean. The staff was lovely, and communication via WhatsApp proved excellent. I appreciated I had everything for a comfortable stay there.
The apartment were a bit far from the city center. It needs some walking.

i appreciated the building's secure luggage lockers, very useful for storing belongings. the included coffee was a nice touch, a great way to start the day. the comfy beds and pillows contributed to restful nights.

busy street independent shops
the location proved great after exploring a bit. haarlemmendijk is a busy street with many independent shops. the entrance code worked properly.
the essentials cupboard wasn't regularly replenished. it felt lacking care about conditions .

inconvenient arrangement heating malfunction
My visit spanned several days. I found the layout odd with a sink separate from the toilet. This arrangement was inconvenient. the heating malfunctioned one evening. I faced a cold night as a result. This issue affected the hot water supply too.
