All rooms include air conditioning, rain showers, and Molton Brown amenities, while select rooms feature freestanding bathtubs. The Craftsmen Kitchen next door offers sandwiches ranging from Boneless Ribs to Vegan options. Situated 0.5 miles from Rokin and 0.5 miles from Amsterdam Centraal, the hotel provides walking access to the Anne Frank House, Royal Palace, museums and the Nine Streets district.

The Craftsmen, set in a beautifully renovated building dating back to 1652, is often praised for its unique, themed rooms, such as the artist room and boat builder room, with some offering amazing views of the Singel canal. Guests frequently enjoy breakfast in The Gallery, appreciating the ambiance and canal views. While some guests noted that the hallways and rooms can feel small, the hotel's central location puts you within easy walking distance of Amsterdam's main attractions. Little touches like welcome wine and rooms equipped with rain showers are also guest favorites.
