amazing hotel, great location!
helpful staff great location local treats
The staff was helpful! and very friendly, especially kevin, the server. he was professional and ensured we had everything we needed at breakfast. the location is great. It's conveniently located near top attractions. the housekeeping team surprised us with local treats. I appreciated that.
i found the spa could improve in some areas. i think the fact that guests don't get complimentary slippers or robes should be addressed. also, the spa doesn't provide toiletries, requiring a trip to my room to shower.

The superior double room was modern and beautiful! the room also included some nice touches, such as treats and nespresso coffees. i was happy with the comfortable bed and soundproof room. I found it very quiet.

The breakfast was good. I liked the vegan and vegetarian options. the breakfast staff was helpful. I experienced attentiveness. unlimited drinking water was available to all guests throughout the stay.

the room was large and comfortable. cleanliness was a 10/10, a feature that enables one to relax fully. they provided everything i could need for a short break.
The internet was slow. It did not reach the room.

amazing madrid experience!
helpful staff welcome drink glass floor
the staff was helpful and made my check-in process seamless, i even got a welcome drink. i really enjoyed the little touches like the complimentary water bottles in the room! plus, the rooftop pool with its unique glass floor was such a cool feature. it gave an amazing view!
the gym was a bit smaller than i expected, but still functional.

the hotel's location provided easy access to many key attractions! public transport was right at the door, and i found it very easy to get around. the proximity to the royal palace was a major plus!
