The location proved FANTASTIC. I found the washing machines very useful and easy to operate. The staff was helpful (especially with directions around the city).

The reception personnel showed great competence, providing necessary information. The kitchen access was practical and convenient. The central location was very useful for getting around the area, as it allowed for easy access to different venues.
I noticed that the exterior doors were very dirty. I observed that the cleaning was missing, a real disappointment. I think cleaning should be more regular.

The room had a double bed of adequate size. The bathroom included fluffy towels, large. It had a good shower, a plus.

The staff demonstrated they were knowledgeable. The reception was available all the time. I CONSIDER this was key for a good experience.

decent place to stay
nice staff helpful staff convenient location perfect location amazing common room small room noisy room limited towels
the staff was super nice and helpful. the common room on the ground floor was great. the location is perfect too. it is close to the centre and a nice meadow is nearby.
the room was pretty small and noisy (i could hear everything). only one towel per person was provided. the towels are replaced only once per week which isn't ideal. i ended up using the laundry service, but no detergents were provided.
