it's alright, i guess..
old smellworn furniture
my room smelled old, like it needed a deep cleaning. the furniture and walls seemed worn out. shower and toilet doors didn't close properly, that was annoying. the hotel needs better maintenance overall, its was kind of nasty.

The staff was sincere and warm. They always tried to help. the location is convenient. I constantly walked to plaça de catalunya in 15 minutes! there is also a metro station just one minute away from the hotel, a great advantage. the rooms were comfortable. They were designed to provide convenience.
the pillows on the bed were terrible and super thin, i found them very uncomfortable. i woke up with neck pain a couple of mornings! the hallways were quite noisy in the morning with the cleaning crew.
