serene getaway
comfortable bed large bathroom ambient lighting easy access
the room featured a very comfortable bed and large bathroom! the staff provided complimentary water, tea, and small cakes in the hall. i found the ambient lighting throughout the hotel added a tender touch to my stay. the location allowed easy access to many attractions.
the gym's water dispenser was marked for hot water, though it was not functioning.

the beautiful double room was spacious with modern decor, which helped create a relaxing atmosphere. the large bathroom included a rainfall shower and plush towels. complimentary toiletries were provided daily.

the hotel offered a small gym equipped with cardio machines and free weights. a tea kitchen provided coffee, tea, and muffins, a sweet offering. the secure keycard access added to the peace of mind.

the reception staff were polite and helpful, always available to assist with directions. they helped secure reservations at local restaurants for me, very thoughtful. daily cleaning service ensured a very fresh and inviting room each day.

the hotel provides a coffee, tea, and muffin station all day.
the hair dryer worked briefly then paused for some time. soap and shower gel quality seemed poor. it was hard to wash off.

tourist information transport option
the staff was very helpful with tourist information and transport options.. sebastian helped me find a dentist quickly. my tooth was fixed that day.
it was a weird setup to reach my room. i had to go up stairs, then down two sets of stairs.

minor issues detracted from the stay
unreliable wifi poor quality soap
the wifi was completely unreliable , a real problem for planning my days. the shower gel and soap provided were of very poor quality , i found them difficult to rinse off. the hairdryer only worked intermittently , it stopped every 20 seconds , then paused for a minute before working again. it was very frustrating.
