convenient location helpful staff replaced towels
The hotel's location is very convenient. It is close to tourist attractions and public transport. The staff members were helpful and very kind. The room included large towels that staff replaced daily.
The room lacked a small refrigerator, which would have been useful.

The location impressed me. It is close to several tourist attractions. I found La Rambla street less than a minute walk away. The staff cleaned the room daily. I found this helpful .
The walls seemed thin, and I could hear noise from both inside and outside (a bar nearby made it difficult to sleep).

i found the location very central. metro access was close. helpful staff assisted quickly. air conditioning worked very well .
finding the correct entrance was difficult. signage was not clear.

bathroom odor poor soundproofing
The bathroom in the bedroom had a strong odor. it smelled damp and looked patched together. the air conditioning unit was inadequate to cool the room. i found the noise levels inside the hotel unacceptable, with doors slamming late at night and early in the morning. cleaning staff chatted loudly, their voices easily audible through the walls. The soundproofing was poor.

poor service awful smell
the location was acceptable as a place to stay overnight.
the customer service at the reception was poor. i reported a cockroach in the room, but the staff was passive and unhelpful. i even had to spray the cockroach myself. also, there was an awful smell from the sewage, and they refused to change my room despite me asking several times.
