the staff gave excellent recommendations for local spots. the rooftop terrace provided a relaxing space with great views. i appreciated the daily treats left in my room. i found the refillable water bottle a thoughtful touch as i could keep hydrated during my travels.
the room was a bit compact , made maneuvering with luggage a bit challenging

I found the room a bit cramped. there WAS limited space to move around, especially with luggage. Also , the noise from the street at night made it difficult to sleep , even with the windows closed.

i found the staff helpful. i had free wine and cheese in the evening, a nice touch. my room was clean and quiet, even though it was on La Rambla. the location was excellent, and it was easy to walk to many attractions.
the elevator was somewhat SLOW at times.

the staff stored my luggage and worked to get my room ready early.
the room was NOT organized in a comfortable way, and the shower was apart from the toilet. also, the sink was outside. it disturbed me when using them.
