The hotel is in a great central location and it is easy to walk around. The staff was helpful with local suggestions. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good.

the staff was cute when i arrived. they provided helpful recommendations for local spots. my room had a quiet atmosphere which i appreciated. i also enjoyed the rooftop pool. it offered nice views.
my room lacked sufficient towel racks. this made drying difficult after showering. the glass partition between the bathroom and bedroom felt odd. the washer and dryer were also ineffective. i had to use a laundromat instead.

The location is close to the airport bus stop, a MAJOR plus. The hotel offers complimentary snacks, wine, and coffee in the lounge. This was REALLY appreciated.

helpful staff excellent location easy access dirty room missing shampoo ants display
the staff were very friendly and helpful. the location was excellent for exploring everything. i could easily walk to each destination, that was amazing.
the room felt quite dirty. there was no shampoo in the room. i also noticed ants on display in the breakfast area, a bit off-putting.

efficient service good coffee excellent location
I found the staff cute. they always answered with a smile and gave quick, efficient service. i particularly enjoyed the coffee. It tasted so good. the hotel location was excellent, very close to many main attractions. (i used the metro).
the room was a little smaller than i expected, but it was still manageable.

The hotel location was quite convenient. the staff were helpful. They assists with directions. i liked the environmental awareness. The refillable water bottles are great.
my room have some issues. there was not shampoo provided in the room. the sink was within the sleeping area. the wardrobe space wasn't large enough.
