I found the staff helpful at all times. The room included a safe. I kept my belongings secure. The hotel's proximity to local attractions made exploring convenient.
The elevator was somewhat slow. It caused minor delays at peak times.

poor soundproofing basic breakfast
the location worked out fine. the luggage room did come in handy.
I was genuinely surprised by the noise. i could hear people in other rooms and in the hallway all the time. also, the breakfast was pretty basic. I would have liked some more variety.

great location rooftop room baggage holding helpful staff
the location near the station is great for travel. our room was located on the roof of the building and the style of it was very nice. baggage holding was available , made things easier before my flight. helpful staff assisted me with my luggage and directions.
i noted others hairs in the bathroom upon arrival and the towels had small holes.
