Pierre from the staff kindly returned my forgotten bag to my new room. It contained important items such as travel documents and my laptop. i was very grateful for his help. the friendly staff and clean room contributed to a wonderful experience. the hotel breakfast was also delicious.
i found the room to be quite small for the announced size because of the corridor and half levels.

The hotel staff was attentive and helpful, especially pierre at the front desk. He were really good. other staff members were also friendly and efficient. i interacted with several staff members. They were all excellent.

The room i got was not great , especially considering what i paid. the bathroom needed work . The shower drain was slow , so i stood in water when i showered. the sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable , a real problem for my kid.

the superior double or twin room was spacious. the daily cleaning was very good (i always appreciate that). the hotel is near multiple metro lines and is a short walk to the center. i found several small supermarkets nearby, convenient.
The soundproofing was not great. I could sometimes hear noises from adjacent rooms.

The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options. The location was central, I could easily walk to many attractions.
The room felt dated. The bathroom fixtures SHOWED their age, especially the bathtub. The drain was slow, I stood in several centimeters of water while showering. The sofa bed was also very uncomfortable.
