convenient location friendly staff helpful assistance dim lighting poor soundproofing worn condition
The location proved convenient. It made it easier to access different parts of the area. I found the staff to be friendly. They always provided assistance when needed.
The bathroom had very DIM lighting. It made it difficult to see properly. I could hear noise from other rooms. The soundproofing could be improved. The room was somewhat aged. Everything felt a bit worn.

the location was convenient for accessing several attractions.. i received muffins and coffee each morning. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere. the bed was comfortable in my standard single room.
the elevator was a bit slow at times.

i loved the free coffee and muffins in the morning! the terrace at the back was really cute. interiors with paintings and wallpaper were also soothing. the book wall behind the reception won me over immediately.
my room was a little small, making it difficult to move around freely.

the hotel has a very central location, within easy walking distance of many attractions. several quaint brunch spots and tapas bars are just around the corner, ensuring a variety of dining options. a metro station is also close by for convenient travel.

the front desk staff were nice and helpful. they provided great recommendations for local restaurants and assisted with reservations. the staff also offered a purified tap in the library to refill water bottles, which i found amazing.

the room was very neat, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. i appreciated the modern and tidy condition of the room. the hotel also offers an elevator for easy access to all floors.

Decent stay with some drawbacks
great location friendly staff luggage storage small room no space bathroom door
This hotel has a GREAT location near many shops. Plenty of restaurants are also close. The staff were friendly and very helpful, they kept our luggage after checkout.
The room was very small for a multi night stay. There was also no PLACE to put any luggage. The bathroom door did not close tightly so privacy was not ideal.
