the front desk staff helped us navigate buying train tickets. the architecture was fine. the doorman was polite and protective, he advised us on which parts of the city to stay clear of.

the shelf in the bathroom was falling off. the door handle was falling off too. we had no hot water one morning. every toilet flush from above was noisy.
