slow elevators repetitive menu
The rooftop bar WAS great for drinks after sightseeing.
the elevators were slow. and frequently there were building power outages THAT was inconvenient. The breakfast menu NEVER changed during my entire stay, annoying.

the front desk staff helped us navigate buying train tickets. the architecture was fine. the doorman was polite and protective, he advised us on which parts of the city to stay clear of.
the shelf in the bathroom was falling off. the door handle was falling off too. we had no hot water one morning. every toilet flush from above was noisy.

broken faucet unhappy staff
the location was acceptable, very close to the boqueria market.
the room was small, and the shower faucet was BROKEN. it was difficult to get the water temperature right. other staff members, aside from oscar, seemed unhappy working there, which affected the overall experience.

the hotel had a great central location. i appreciated being close to many attractions. the room included ample towels.. they felt soft and new. the staff provided helpful directions and recommendations.
the street outside was noisy late at night, which disturbed my sleep.

the rooftop pool offered a place to relax. the area included several lounge chairs and umbrellas. there was also a small gym with basic equipment open to all guests.

I found the staff helpful. They gave great recommendations for local spots. The rooftop bar was also a major plus. I enjoyed the views and the quiet vibe. The modern rooms. The shower had no shortage of towels. I especially liked the thick robes.
