i stayed there for four nights and the time was very nice. the hotel is IMMACULATE and the grounds are beautiful. the cable cart from the beach stops at the hotel, very convenient.
the hotel is up on a hill. walking from the city center can be challenging.
the hotel's location is quite convenient, especially for travellers arriving by ship since it is near the terminals.
upon my arrival, assistance with luggage was absent. i had to manage it myself as the staff watched. furthermore, the in-room telephone was dysfunctional. reporting this issue to reception did not lead to any resolution.

the premium suite had a balcony facing the sea and the park behind the hotel it was beautiful the room felt spacious and comfortable i really loved the bathtub the dining areas were also quite lovely i found the bed to be nice and comfy. the hotel upgraded our room to a bigger one it came as such a wonderful surprise i also loved the gorgeous view of the waterfront. the staff at the front desk were very helpful the pool area location was also great. our room was big and the standard was very good.
the pillows could have been nicer though it was a very minor thing everything else was spot on

the room was spacious, and the bathtub was enjoyable. the hotel has a garden near the pool. the dining options were quite good, we loved the service and the atmosphere, it's a place to relax. i found the premium suite with a balcony overlooking the sea and park to be very comfortable.
the pillows weren't the best, though still usable.
