limited space poor insulation
the location was acceptable it allowed easy access to several points of interest.
my room was too small there was not ample space for luggage. The noise insulation needs Improvement the sounds from neighboring rooms were clearly audible. I did not appreciate this lack of privacy.

welcome wine refillable bottle great location helpful staff
the hotel provided complimentary wine upon arrival , a good touch i really appreciated. a refillable water bottle was also given, encouraging environmental consciousness. the location suited my travel plans perfectly as many attractions were close. i found the staff very helpful and approachable.
the room felt slightly small , it made moving around a bit challenging.

staff provided excellent assistance, notably offering helpful suggestions for local attractions , restaurants and other things. the reception was always staffed and readily available to answer questions , assist with directions, and fulfill my requests. this level of attentiveness enhanced my overall experience.

the hotel featured a wine tasting session that i attended. it included carefully selected regional wines. the sommelier was knowledgeable, provided detailed explanations of each wine, and skillfully paired them with complementary cheeses, with alternate options who do not eat meat.

the hotel supplied a reusable water bottle for guest use. water refill stations were available on each floor, encouraging sustainability. the entrance and terrace areas were clean. the general design and layout of the hotel was functional.

the hotel is close to many points of interest. several restaurants were close by offering different cuisines. the metro station was within walking distance. this made traveling around the city very convenient and accessible.

water dispenser outdoor patio dirty walls stained curtains
i found a fresh water dispenser available. the outdoor patio was a lovely amenity for enjoying wine in the evening. staff were helpful.
the room wasn't entirely clean. i noticed marks on the walls and stains on the curtains.

acceptable stay
ideal location easy walk tiny room noisy road
the location were ideal. it is a easy walk to many sites. breakfast is simple, i enjoy this as i do not like big meals.
the room were tiny. layout of bathroom and shower being in hallway is awkward. it was very noisy with the room opposite a road and a nightclub woke i up every night.
